Look up Skraper UI online and download it. It is quite user friendly

(BTW, please enjoy that stuff since my wife is probably divorcing me after the amount of time I spent collecting, sorting, and learning all this crap, lol. Download it for my marriage!)

Subject: Perfect for RetroArch MAME 2003+ Core
As it says on tin - these are the ROMSets you need to download for the RetroArch MAME 2003+ Core.
Let's keep this simple for everyone - no, you do not need to update to the latest MAME ROMSets if your target Emulator can't even read it.
This advise is just plain confusing especially for the new user coming into the scene who is confused why 99% of the ROMs they download won't work with whatever MAME version they have on their system.
There will never be ROMSets that are 100% compatible, so deal with it, but if you're using a specific MAME Core, get the ROMSets built for that Core because they have the highest compatibility and most games available to play.
These ROMSets have more compatible games than those for the MAME 2003 Core, and the 2003 versions have the highest approval rating of the Internet, despite not being the latest and greatest versions.
Subject: Perfect 4 RetroArch
Subject: Please view this as a snapshot of progress only.
Please note it contains:
- Many incorrectly dumped files which have since been re-dumped and upgraded.
- Many innacuracies in many games due to the level of development of the emulator at that time.
It is always suggested by the development team of MAME that everyone should use the latest version of MAME and seek out the latest ROMset to use with it.
